Most all of our portable hot tubs are manufactured with 2 weeks from receipt of the order.

Please note that this is just for time to do the building of your custom portable hot tub and does not include shipping time which could be anywhere from 1 day to a week or more.

Delivery to California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Wyoming is usually within 2 days after the hot tub is completed.

Add days for going further East, mid USA, Texas and surrounding areas takes about 4 days or so and then going beyond adds more days. All the way to the East Coast can take 7-10 days.

Free Curbside Shipping is offered only within the contiguous United States. ( See below for explanation)

Extra costs will be involved if shipment will go out of the contiguous US Alaska or Hawaii and a special quote will be needed. Call us or send an email requesting the amount for any additional shipping costs if you need portable hot tubs to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or to any other worldwide destination outside the US.

This is a company that is used to handling large and sensitive items. They will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. In addition to this you can now track your delivery online and know exactly where it is day by day. You will need to be on hand for the delivery. Upon curbside delivery, the worker will remove the hot tub from the truck onto the curbside with a liftgate that lowers down automatically. . The hot tubs come on a pallet for mobility. We also have a network of hot tubs movers that can be ready for you at delivery, and can move your portable outside hot tubs to a specified location for a small fee.

It is important to look at the hot tubs and sign it off while you receive it. After the hot tubs is accepted by the customer, any returns that are not under warranty are subject to shipping paid for by the customer.

In addition to this you can now track your delivery online and know exactly where it is day by day. You will need to be on hand for the delivery. Upon curbside delivery, two moving men will remove it from the truck for you and place it onto your driveway or in your garage as long as that’s nearby.

The hot tubs come on a pallet for mobility.

Some of the hot tub delivery companies provides an additional assistance for a small fee where they will bring it to the location where you are going to put the spa. If you are interested in this service you may let the shipping company know you would like them to bring it to where you are placing the hot tub, and they will make sure to have extra movers when they drop off the hot tub. The cost is under $300 and can be negotiated. You would pay this directly to the delivery company.

Every effort to consult with our customers in the selection of their hot tub or sauna purchase in order to select the best configuration for their needs is made. 

Custom  hot tubs orders are made with features tailored to the customer’s needs and therefore cannot be cancelled.

Should you need to cancel an order, we have  the right to retain any initial production installment collected and any additional installment payments collected toward the purchase. In addition to our policy stated on our site, your signature further affirms your acceptance of this order and any additional disclosures in the invoice.

Curbside Delivery:

(Free with on all Purchases within the continental US) Hot tubs are to be unloaded and delivered to customers curbside location or garage if accessible by the freight truck. If the curbside in front of the house is not accessible by a large freight truck, the trucking company will bring the hot tub as close as possible to the home, and leave it at the closest possible location, at that point the customer will be responsible for moving it from there.

Backyard Delivery:

For backyard hot tub delivery, we will refer you to a hot tub spa moving service who has all of the right tools for moving hot tubs  to the location of your choice, usually in the backyard or patio area.

If you have to go up stairs, or up in any vertical direction that is difficult to get to, you have to hire a crane.

Have them just drop the hot tub off near your house, and rent a crane operator crew to help you with the last part.

Cranes are good for getting the hot tubs in hard to handle places.

Getting a portable hot tub craned into location usually runs from $100 to $300 or even more depending upon where in the world you live and the ease or difficulty of lifting it into location.   Most of the time it's pretty easy. Just call any local crane company and ask how much for an hour of service. It usually only takes a few minutes to set a portable hot tub into place with a crane but it takes the crane operator time to set up too. Overall, getting portable hot tubs set in place with a crane makes life easy and saves some back breaking work.  They'll need to know how far it needs to reach from where the hot tub will be set at curbside delivery to the desired location. They'll also need to know how high the crane will need to reach like over a house or wall or whatever. Call your local crane operator and they'll give you quick easy answers on this. No doubt about it though if you want a seriously easy hot tub placement then crane setting it into place is the way to go. Just remember they're very heavy.
